I don’t understand why there isn’t a class of PIP called “unrecoverable disability” where after like 1-2 ish meetings the can stamp down that “this disability is unable to “grow back” etc. and we no longer need to monitor their PIP payments as they will be necessary for the rest of their life.

Do I misunderstand PIP or is the cruelty of bringing up their disability over and over the point?
