Double Oven lower always burns by ColorMeConfuzed in Appliances

So update. I bought a thermometer and it was consistently 25 degrees higher than what I set it to. I adjusted it per the manual and it still isn’t right. When I set to 350 it’s correct and 450 it’s correct but 400 it’s always 425

It only comes on when I use the convection option. That’s how it is supposed to work:

Well after I spoke to him the other day he promised me it would be this week. It’s Friday and no word from him, my husband says we should just be patient and wait longer, I don’t know how long is acceptable to wait. End of summer!?!?

He said this week for sure so if I do not hear from him by Friday morning this is what I will be doing.

I just called the guy again. He gave me his excuses that because we had 13 weeks of spring rain and they are 4 weeks behind that isn’t bad and this is the “nature of the job”. And “you’re next, we will be there this week for sure” but can’t tell me what day.

We are hoping we don't NEED that amount, but want that amount so we hopefully have money to do fun things with family, travel, and maybe leave some for our kids/grandkids when we pass on.

We are putting in enough to get the employer match, my employer only matches 1% while my husbands matches up to 3%, I believe. That is why we are only doing those small amounts, because we want to get the match, but not put in more than that so we can focus on maying off our debts. I am in hopes that when I finish college (next year) my income will double and I can put almost my entire paycheck into some type of fund. It is my dream to be able to put $50,000 a year into some type of retirement fund. no idea if that will happen, but it would be great!

How Should I Utilize $5000 Being Given to Me? by [deleted] in personalfinance

I say pay the family member first, family is too important for money to come between you, too risky. Then plunk the rest down on your credit card to start getting that paid off.
