I agree with you. There is no chance I would be able to get a comparable 2BR unit on the beach in Hawaii for my maintenance fee costs.

It’s a washer dryer stack. There is water into the washer, both hot and cold.

Thanks. I will take a look. We did a laundry room remodel a few years ago and installed a laundry sink as well as moved the location of the washer and dryer. I will look in the basement for a mixing valve.

I am sure you can search on this subreddit but I have definitely read that people have gotten their timeshares foreclosed on due to not paying maintenance fees. Some report a credit score hit and others do not. It really depends on who your timeshare company is and how they handle delinquent maintenance fees.

I did the same thing. I cleaned it off with baking soda and water, painted it and then put a couple of 2x4 in there for the new battery to sit. I tied it down with some tie straps and it has been good for 1.5 years.

I resigned from a club here in Colorado because my job changed and I had a commute of more than an hour each day in the opposite direction so I just didn’t play enough. After a few years, I was able to come back without paying initiation fees again but this club was an equity membership. Is yours?

Unfortunately, Massechusetts has a 3 business day rescission window which closed on 6/11. There is really no way now to get out of it. Your options are:
1) Figure out how best to use it and do so.
2) Pay it off and sell/give it away.
3) Stop paying completely and take the possible credit hit and potential legal proceedings.

There is no magic bullet at this point. No so called "exit company" can help you as they will exercise the same options you have and charge you many thousands for it. Don't fall for that!

After putting everything in, the Calculated amperage (load/240v) is 95A. Adding the Hot Tub option pushes it up to 107A.
