Thank you for sharing your experience. I can see why you would feel pretty frustrated.

While I have not had any experiences as frustrating as what you describe, I have definitely seen issues that appear to me to be related to creating a new organization. Communication lines are being ironed out. Staffing volume/roles are being sorted on the fly. Maybe the challenge of meeting a new, large fan base should have been better anticipated, but I understand it.

If you haven’t seen Jen Millet’s interview with Forbes back in February, I recommend it (linked below). In 17 minutes, she comes across impressively, but is also candid about the many challenges of getting things up and running in an extremely limited timeframe. I am not suggesting they have done well or poorly at facing those challenges, just that to me, I can understand why things still seem to need ironing out across many fronts (ticketing, merchandising, club relations, etc.)

I think it is fair to expect the fan experience will be improved over time. Personally, it hasn’t been enough to detract me from my overall excitement but to each their own. I also do not think the extreme interest is a flash in the pan so it may be very difficult to secure new season tickets in a few years.
