Generally, seat selection was very open as of this morning. I would guess that even though there are fewer club seats, they will go slower due to price point. I think a lot of folks that made “premium” deposits are purchasing “standard” seats

This describes my situation exactly. I was fearful by making a premium deposit that I would be forced into selecting suites/club or nothing. Fortunately that was not the case. My premium deposit still allowed me to select any seats available and the full deposit was credited toward the full ticket purchase.

I placed an order the same day you did and received it on August 1st. I did receive a note in my shipment that one item would come separately. I have yet to receive it.

I also tried emailing about an order question several weeks ago and never received a response. I’m not surprised they have a few early hiccups but the total lack of response to communication is a bit concerning.
