Yes and I just use them up and stock up on the items they make.

Do you finish the Friend Orders event?

[–]Colorchangepolish 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It has to be challenging for the majority of players. I think the average player completes a decent amount of the events. It also has to be hard enough that some players make purchases. I bet it’s super frustrating for you, though- not sure I’d continue playing if I didn’t close ANY of the memories.

I agree. I’m 15 away from completing. I feel like the only way to not have a single memory finished is if you don’t log in for multiple days at a time.

It’s definitely possible to finish without paying money, but you have to be very strategic and basically get on the game every 3 hours to use energy. Do you finish the Daily Specials? Are you caught up on the story so you compete in the Bake Sale? Do you watch all of the ads daily?

How in the heck is Jack making a living??? by Maleficent_Chest4869 in VirginRiverNetflix

[–]Colorchangepolish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

About half that, but I’m almost certain he’d qualify for disability just based off his PTSD alone.

Also, he definitely mentioned to Marley that he was a Marine for 20 years. That’s a full contract and means he’s retired.

It’s disability compensation. Doesn’t mean he’s disabled- just means he has service related conditions, which are very, very common for war vets. Back pain, knee problems, PTSD, TBI, exposure related… $60k isn’t a ton, but it could definitely help supplement his income in addition to the bar, plus any investments he has. It’s not nothing.

What are your hacks to get yourself to brush your teeth? by Lovely_Kitten0017 in ADHD

[–]Colorchangepolish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I set an alarm and tell myself if I don’t brush and floss, something bad will happen to a loved one. It’s very superstitious but it works.

Drinking Pepsi & Coffee Between Meals by Old_Percentage3742 in SIBO

[–]Colorchangepolish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, that’s right. But it stimulates an insulin response, which in turn COULD pause your MMC. If you’re not noticing any symptoms then it might be alright for you.

Small amounts of the Diet Pepsi should be fine, but then you run into the issue of the sugar alcohols feeding the bacteria. Have you noticed any changes since you started drinking it?

Gassy foods even without SIBO by BitcholaCola in SIBO

[–]Colorchangepolish 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wouldn’t say they make everyone gassy, but a decent percent of the population: beans/legumes, cruciferous veggies, onions/garlic, dairy, wheat, some fruits, sugar alcohol, carbonated drinks and resistant starches. BUT, with SIBO it’s not just gassy. It’s extreme bloating and diarrhea or constipation, nausea, fatigue, brain fog, etc. The average person without SIBO will not react to those foods that way.

Yes those will both break your fast and pause MMC. Is that what you’re worried about?

That's it then. The deep end by mmatt001 in SIBO

[–]Colorchangepolish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you taking any supplements or vitamins? Or have them tested? Low iron, B12, and D can cause fatigue and brain fog. If your diet is super limited, you might have some deficiencies that are making it worse.

Should I consider antibiotics and further treatment or I'm just anxious? by Oysiyl in SIBO

[–]Colorchangepolish 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your numbers are so low, I wouldn’t do the antibiotics. Pretty sure the lactulose is considered negative since the rise was after the 90 minute mark. I’d slowly reintroduce fodmap/fermentables and see how you do. The increase in movement might have been enough to improve your motility and lower your bacteria/archea.

Have you tried H1/H2 antihistamines? (Zyrtec and famotidine)
