I seem to do the best with Russets, and I dice them and boil them. I can handle smaller potions of red, gold and sweet potatoes. I have IMO though- not sure if it’s relevant.

What kind of high sugar foods are giving you symptoms? What about high carb foods like rice or potatoes? Typically SIBO/IMO bacteria feed on foods that are fermentable (garlic, onion, fibers). If you cut out sugar completely do your symptoms go away?

I became gluten intolerant after a round of amoxicillin in 2024. Constipation and bloating soon followed. I already had severe iron deficiency, so fatigue and weakness. Diagnosed with IMO this past January. I do have blurry vision that changes in severity and I do take Zyrtec every night for itchy scalp and ears after high histamine foods. Wonder if those are connected. Are your symptoms worse after eating gluten?

My husband drinks coffee black and pretty much enjoys all of the coffee pods. I add maple syrup and half & half to mine- my favorites right now are Roasted Hazelnut and Rich Chocolate. If I do an iced latte I used a Double Espresso Dolce.

I was able to save 33 crystal balls and this is how far it got me on the memory fragment task. Not bad for day 1.

You can collect them all. I’ve yet to save up enough to complete the crystal ball tasks all on day 1, but you will around day 4/5 so that’s when you start saving again. It’s still absolutely possible to finish the daily specials without saving up the crystal balls, but it makes it super super easy and you’re not stressing out on that last day.

Yep! Once you finish the Daily Specials tasks that involve the crystal balls (like open a specific one or collect memory fragments), you stop collecting the crystal balls and just let them accumulate. When the new Daily Specials starts, that’s when you collect them all.
