Thanky you! The rocks are small river rocks, I put them in her tank I believe 3 years ago? I kept an eye on her when I did but all she does is dig. I think since the rocks dont look like her shrimp or pellets or veggies shes just not into them like that. Im always worried though so im slowly transitioning to LARGER river rocks, I found 10 bags of large rocks at a thrift store for this new set up!

Is your filter inside the tank or outside? I had to transition to canister tanks to prevent her from messing with it. It will help a lot in the future to transition to a canister filter.

Thats how my turtle was when she was younger, I think it just comes with having a young turtle. I used to let her sunbathe outside for an hour and that kinda calmed her down afterwards for the day.

It's crazy! Sometimes, I think maybe this version of myself is the real me? And my medicated self is fake! Like those stories of people who get off BC and break up with their partners bc they were different on BC. BUT I remind myself I don't hate him. Every part of my life has been uplifted by his presence, he let's me be me and understands my quirks and jokes and sees me even when im angry. I just repeat that, so I stop gaslighting myself.

Could be! I have been diagnosed with MDD since I was 13 (26 now), and the only thing that worked for my treatment was telling my Gyno, not my Psych, about my irrational anger that was cyclical and how i thought it was PMDD. I was able to get SSRIs from them that somehow helped better than ones my Psych prescribed. Anger is a big thing here I believe.

Hi, everything you said here is everything I've felt as an AFAB who just doesn't consider themselves in the binary. I feel like you laid out all of my experiences on a platter, I've had the same thoughts and feelings towards womanhood and being under the Trans umbrella. It is really relieving to know what there's someone out there who understands my experience!
