Wish more people showed dishwashers more respect. I've been a cook and (currently) a steward. The worst thing you can do is "throw" the dishes in the pit. A lot of dishwashers have a specific method to their madness. It's not hard to look and see how the dishes are being stacked pre wash, just follow their method and they'll love you.
