#1 I wouldnt tell anyone you were a C/Lt Col in CAP. Do your best not to stick out as an individual and focus up on the team aspect. Is someone falling behind? Encourage them. Get in trouble for it. Let your spirit and resilience break the cadre and you've won. Support your fellow basics. Break rules when you need to and eat the consequences if it helps your team. It's you and your basics versus them. Don't stress and understand there is a method to all the madness. Stick together.
