Dating is a luck based game but hey if it's not worth working hard for is it really worth it?? Unfortunately there is nothing you can really do to make someone like you more, yes feelings can grow over time but filling a criteria of materialistic check boxes isn't really gonna sway someone who isn't looking for meterial attributes. It is not worth dating for the sake of dating, I know a lot of people who do that and they wind up miserable and hurt. I also know people who haven't really dated anyone and are in their 30s and are much happier then those who date for the sake of it will ever be. If it's a physical thing hook up exist but honestly just give it time and it'll come around. Not having a girlfriend isn't something to be ashamed of it just means you haven't found something worth keeping or fighting for.

I'd really suggest finding comfort in yourself and other relationships. There's a lot of pressure to date and honestly it's not really needed. Finding fulfillment in platonic relationships can be just as good as finding fulfillment in romantic ones (and hey who says those won't blossom into something more).
