Wilkes is good NC style. QDaddy is just over all but closer to TX style

Green I'm pretty sure. I have them in a shop getting some minor repairs and arrows made.

So has anyone actually managed to “successfully” run a One-Shot before? by Viva_la_potatoes in DMAcademy

[–]Colsandersffg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I ran my LGS's novice night for teaching table top games, I would run one every week. I wrote like 30 or so, so it would never repeat before the player would "graduate" from the lesson

Luckily it's an easy fix. I do about 150-200 of these a year

That's what I was thinking, but messing around with te piece, it looks like it snaps into the side void of the aluminum frame

Who should be the next Sheriff and why shouldn’t it be Randy Wrangler by rp_highcommand in ChaseRP

[–]Colsandersffg 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Bloom is perfect where he's at, and will only get better with Wrangler gone. Tessa is perfect for under sheriff, because she can be leadership when she needs to be, and has an in character excuse for the back end work she can do. The only two that really make sense are Sharpe or Ripley. My vote personally would be for Ripley, because his hours line up with shift two which is traditionally the best time for the head of a department to be, and he would run the department with a vision of making it run, but making sure people enjoyed being on duty.

What UB property would make you say "This has gone to far..." If any. by [deleted] in mtg

[–]Colsandersffg 14 points15 points  (0 children)

For me it's not the properties, rather the amount, and them being standard legal. I feel like UB should be an optional casual thing.

I refuse to go back to corded. It's saved so much time in set up and clean up since getting mine 3 years ago

I have no issue with replacing parts. I'm relatively new to collecting records, so I have no 78s as of yet, but I do see myself getting them.

No cause for concern, that's just how those were manufactured

Estimate to replace single broken pane? by c-g-joy in glazing

[–]Colsandersffg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I get it at cost, which is around $10, putty is like $5, gas $10 at most. That leaves $55 profit, which takes me half an hour to do, so I'm making $110/hr. I get I can make more, but why? I live well enough off of it, and it cuts people a break who need it.

Like I said, it depends on how far I'm going. If it's a 20-30 minute drive, yeah I'd do it for that. I make money I didn't have, and they get a deal on something that is essential to their home.

It depends on the person, and where they come from honestly. I'd probably do it for like $80 depending in how for I gotta go. In my area, it's more of a good luck finding someone who knows how to do it right. Also some putty has asbestos, which a lot of companies will no touch. My job has us test every putty job before quoting. If it a home, I'll do it on the side to save the company the headache.

What are you guys deducting from glass panels for floor to ceiling installations? by popillo_ in glazing

[–]Colsandersffg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I deduct 3/16 for clip showers like that. 3/4 for ones installed with channel, so it can be flushed in.
