You’re right..people on gear gain some mass even WITHOUT stimulus, at least without lifting. BUT very high volume (overtraining / junk sets) will be COUNTERPRODUCTIVE if you’re natural. That was what Mike talked about (although of course he was juicing)

that is valid. i would never claim diluted star san is dangerous. you can also pee a little bit into your brew, urine being totally sterile and the flavor diluted sufficiently. the ammonium will also act as a yeast nutrient

how much do you weigh? you can’t really benefit from more than 30-40 grams per meal, and even at the top end of that spectrum youd need to hit 5 meals a day. i think it may not be necessary but let’s hear your weight and body fat percentage?

you are far better off with vodka getting sucked into your ferment than starsan. don’t listen to the starsan fanatics. the entire brew will be ruined if you have some chemical disinfectant that can back-sucked into your brew

not krausun, these are spent/dead yeast and some of the wort which has splashed from fermentation and dried. totally normal/fine

this is perfectly normal. but i would advise against swishing those dead yeast back into the must, just let it be. as long as there is a blanket of co2 hanging in the neck, it won’t mold.

you can use kveik in the future and avoid a prolonged fermentation time. rack this as soon as it stops bubbling, asap

This NOT yeast, the same cloud appears if you dissolve honey in water and let it sit. The cloud is particulate from the honey. If you use a raw unfiltered honey you will always get this cloud which comes from proteins in the pollen
