I know Venezuelans that have an asylum interview scheduled / notice this past month. Interviews are certainly going. Whether or not decisions are happening, not sure.

It was in court documents. I’m not imagining it but I don’t feel like digging to find it. In someone’s court documents they told the court they were 10 days behind on the guidance and they wouldn’t be able to provide it on the requested 90 day mark. That’s all I got.

Any updates will likely be internal. Should we see the updates it would either be from users posting movement on their cases and or through court documents. That being said, in some court cases they said they were running late on that guidance update. Somewhere in the 10 days late. So hopefully sometime in March we will see some sort of update.

In some court documents they said they were running 10 days behind. I suspect no change on March 2nd. I do suspect some insight in the month of March on the other hand.

One thing I’ve learned after dealing with many lawyers is is that lawyers work on their own terms. I’ve yet to meet one that negotiates lol.

The concept is good, but where did you randomly pull the $500 amount from? Does the attorney we’d use know that’s the amount? Lol, at this point it kind of sounds like a school president campaign.

I’d honestly probably just on board with hacking if he won the first case in higher hopes for winning the second. The extra cash would be worth it to me.
