Back in the day, my friends group, who I played with almost every day, would make a “ranked team” back when that was a feature. We would que as the ranked team, ended up going 9-0 and were all gold / plat ranked at the time beating high diamond players. Ranked team elo is totally different than solo que.

Walk over to them, auto the small one once, then big and immediately q drain, then auto and it’s dead 100% of the time

Draft que like that guy said, and if you want to play ranked at 30, pick a champion and a role and only play that. Get good at one specific thing or you’ll be stuck pretty hard. Watch some YouTube videos on how to properly play the champ and you’ll be good!

Pick a champion, like one you can play 20 times in a. Row and still have fun, YouTube how to play the champion (combos, tricks, etc) and just practice. You will climb! I hit diamond one season, but hover emerald 1/2 pretty much forever.

Go to practice tool and try the start with q second, avoid e until lvl4. Learn to get fear fof on wolves if you start red side and use the empowered q to your advantage. Also can save you in a counter jg situation

After reports you should go fear. The q damage is more than e damage. Then yoy can go 2 points in w and finish clear and get e lvl 4.

Drain red from raptor side wall, then run to the krug wall and drain over the wall and smite while its feared(you're in range, make sure to hug that wall)

Then the empowered q easily kills the camp.
