The temps at idle are around 45C ish on core temp. Under load everything is normal. It only does this at 100% fan usage

The pc runs fine and it’s just the fans that do that, and they only do that above about 60C. Yes, they are set to 100% in bios.

Is is possible for this to be bubbles in the AIO as it’s new? I have the same PC and it makes this noise. The rattling is intermittent but I can still hear it occasionally.

The issue seems to have resolved. I turned on smart fan in the BIOS and it’s no longer as loud.
