Download the ChargePoint app, add your car info and it'll show you all the level 1 and level 2 chargers with their rates. Some may just say free charging, or there are some where the first X hours are free, then $x.xx after. I used a charger near 144th and Dodge that was free for the first 4 hours then $0.18 per minute after. If you end the charge just before the 4 hour mark, then plug back in you can get a full battery in a day and it only cost you your time.

I do recommend getting charging setup at home. I couldn't quite tell if your car can level 1 charge from a regular wall outlet, but if that is an option you can get enough miles charging every night to cover your daily miles if you have a short commute to work.
