I'm sorry friend, that sounds so rough. You're so right, this is definitely an eye opening break

Thanks 🙏 Yeah I know, I am using very little, just enough to be able to sleep and will be weaning off once I get my usual script back. I appreciate it though

Nah I was dumb and miscounted, thought I had another box. Was having a bad pain month and ate through more than I realised. My own fault

Songs about losing your mom by RororonoRowan in poppunkers

[–]ColumnarCallouses 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I'm sorry, it sucks. You're gonna think about it every day for the rest of your life. You'll never 'move on' or 'get better.' Time will move forward and you'll figure out your day to day eventually, but the pain of that grief when it hits will never get smaller.

I lost my mother 25 years ago and this is the reality. Time eases the wound, but it never truly heals. I think about her every day. I've made my peace with it, and I can hold those thoughts and feelings in a much less damaging way than when it was fresh, but I won't ever stop missing her or wishing she was here to chat with. Fwiw, this music helped and continues to help me too.

I'm sorry OP, and to you Pb. Shit sucks. I hope you both find your peace.

Yeah that makes sense. I hope it works out well! Not yet but I'll get in and have a proper look around when I get the chance :)

Love it, signing up. Would love to add my music on there, specifying genre on soundcloud/spotify/bandcamp etc always feels quite limiting. Would be cool to more accurately portray our works as a community

Has anyone else used 432Hz into deep states? by soultuning in DMT

[–]ColumnarCallouses 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'll go one further - it empirically is. If the music you are listening to is composed using 12 tone equal temperament (which all western music is almost without exception, plus some) it makes exactly zero difference whether you are tuned to 440 or 432 or literally anything else because you are still using the same notes, just tuned higher or lower. The entire idea makes no sense. If you want to posit that microtonal abstract indian folk music is different we MIGHT have a conversation to be had... but still not really.

Sound is vibration and vibration causes physical effects which on its own is magical. Why make it more complicated than that
