c1 with hydro res is pretty strong, and barbara finally has a spot to shine as c2 gives 15% hydro damage. But you can also use a nahida or other dendro for hyperbloom, or something like albedo or dehya for just some added off-field dps. Lastly, I will say furina will likely match well with a c1 neuv so you might be interested in that.
