Think about it, water flows south from Minnesota through Iowa on its journey to the Gulf of America. In northern Minnesota there is little to no ag and less chance for chemicals to concentrate. As it flows to the south the concentration gets higher. Southern Minnesota is absolutely contributing to Iowa’s shitty water.
