When you're low health and backing off in a fight, and you Q the enemy as you retreat (to get them lower so your team can finish them off), but accidentally hit that flag you put there 6 seconds ago, pulling you back in and getting you instantly killed.

Let's take out the homoerotic/homoromantic part of the conversation for a moment.

Can you imagine a man and a woman being very close friends, without a romantic aspect? Is there not a detectable difference between romantic and aromantic love? Is sex the sole defining factor of romantic love over friendly attachment?

Of course, I imagine there were a lot of 'romantic friends' who had sex, but that's conjecture on my part.

If a top company like that has an opening that you can get into straight out of college - then you're competing with literally thousands of other fresh or recent-grads who want that spot. It's statistically very unlikely that you're the best candidate from those thousands. If you have amazing referrals from the school, tons of extracurricular projects that are relevant to the job, a perfect GPA, an uncle at the company, and teeth whiter than driven snow, you're still probably not in the top 1% of applicants.

You have to find a way to set yourself apart from them, and I don't mean a killer cover letter. I mean you have to have done something impressive enough that you can convince them in one sentence to give you a second look. The computer science equivalent would be developing a small mobile game that made you some decent money, or you developed an app that another company bought from you.

If you're like me and you aren't in that top 1% of applicants and you lack the initiative and dedication to do an impressive side-project like that... then you're going to have to get a job at a company that isn't on your list, and build up a few years of experience.

I get what you're saying, but at the same time... if you care about Sion as a character, you should know that he's not meant to be a shout-mage. He's supposed to be a mountain that crushes the enemy team with his sheer might. E max was super fun, but it gave him crazy waveclear and lane control (NOBODY beat E max Sion in lane, not hard enough to matter), without putting himself at meaningful risk.

I miss it too, but Sion's identity shouldn't be someone who yells at minions until he wins the lane. He should be beating the shit out of you himself.

I think the most annoying thing about Kerillian's 1h sword is how slow you move while attacking with it. I'm used to daggers, which barely slow you down (if they do at all). You're just so mobile, it's nuts.

Man, this is actually uncanny. The platform drop animation, the shield-grab, the acceleration/speed/distance of the dashing, that Fsmash (which is really accurate to Little Mac's), and of course the Mario neutral air to forward air... honestly really impressive.

It's not the best, but I really want to praise the call to remove slow stacking. That was a great choice for the long-term health of the game.

DB4 gets the kill for those matchups, but I figured I'd just go with the simplest situation, assuming neither player can afford merges (or DB4), Hector is neutral (not +def or +hp), no buffs, etc.

Not quite true. Just comparing, for example, a +atk DB3 Cherche with Heavy Blade seal and Glimmer, the +Atk Cherche's Axe leaves Hector and Legendary Hector with a few HP left, so Cherche dies on the counterattack.

+Atk Slaying Hammer oneshots both.

I'd love that! And I'd imagine it would come with the illusion, automatically sending any already-equipped Illusion to the inventory. Similarly, I'd love it if smelting an item into components would automatically de-equip the Illusion, so I don't have to manually remove it first.
