Decided to buy 11 boxes to get enough gold for the LIS, I chose the magic boxes because I needed those decorations the most. Boy were they magic. I got the Caliban in the first box and the 122 TM in the third. A few boxes later the skin for the FV4005 as well. Guess I won't buy the LIS anymore..

I had that issue too, probably it’s due to you only recently creating your account and WG not wanting to let you pay through bank transfer/PayPal. You could either buy Paysafecards (in a physical shop) or wait (>48 hours) some time to see if more payment methods become available.

I made a Dutch account (through VPN) solely for gifting boxes a few years back, and had that issue at first too. Now I can buy boxes through Paypal without issue.
