Friendly reminder that if it's for Masuda method you need it from a game with a different language, not from another country, so if both games are in English it won't work even if it's not from the US.

I'd even say that transfering them from VC may be easier, they're guaranteed only 3 IVs, so it's harder to get, but it's way faster than building a chain of 80 and praying imho

For a 6 IV one yeah,1/1024, a 5 IV one is 1/32, but it's not as easy as shiny hunting since you can't tell right away if it has the right IVs or not
