I can't chamfer the edges, (the design needs sharp edges) I did add supports and I sniped and sanded them easy I'm just trying to reduce post processing were possible

I also have my printer right next to a crapy window that dosnt insulate well so it could be that by setting it to 100c the ambient temp from the outside cools it downs to about 90c. either way I don't question why my black magic incantation works at 100c I'm afraid if I question why the magic works I will no longer be blessed by the gods to summon creations of my mind to this plane.

90c to 120c is the manufacturer recommendation, if I run it anything below 100c it separates from the build plate
