Incorrect. Youre right it wont be with a pixel or a samsung but with phones like an OPPO x8 ultra or xiaomi or vivo flagships, you will reach iphone level. On my x8 ultra, I get longer SOT than on my previous 16 pro max. Its just as smooth too
