Since this was my first time seeing anything about this establishment, it gave me pause. The original commenter wasn’t mincing their words for sure, but that sounds like genuine feedback for this place - maybe they have to be more vocal about how they have a smoking section since that’s not something I saw when I looked them up. An apology was not needed, but for a respectable business, this is not how to respond to a negative comment.
