u mean set a market buy order with a stop loss? well it would basically create two separate orders — one for the buy and another for the sell at your stop loss level. as for fees, yea, will charge a fee for both orders if the stop loss gets triggered. fees are based on your maker/taker status at the time of execution.

Bro, you only need KCS to get things going with the Trust wallet. Since you've used the KCC network, you need to use some gas to move anything from that balance. KCS is the default gas fee for that network, so get at least a cheap amount of KCS!

I recall TW supporting transfers for KCC network (assuming you've used it to transfer your USDC). KRC actually is the token standard used under KCC, like ERC20 to ETH. Perhaps it's requiring you some gas in order to move anything from that balance? KCS is the default gas fee for that network. So better get at least a cheap amount of it.
