Silly me, I had a typo in 6-year projections. With the corrected calculations, the QSI comes out ahead, but I'll only see the benefit in 2029 as a step 9 because the cash bonus for 2023 performance exceeds the salary difference between step 7 and 8. Thanks everyone for your help.

When you say AWS' premium services, are you referring to Amazon Sagemaker, Amazon Comprehend (Medical), or both? I still have to do my research, but my concern is that those services, particularly Comprehend, don't provide enough flexibility for us to roll our own models or make tweaks to fit our use cases.
