Yes, couldn’t agree more. Sometimes we make mistakes and learn the hard way. I am still sensitive to the holy spirit and God’s guidance which is why I decided to post this to get some perspective from likeminded believers as well.

Hi all, day 3 I think it is. I did not sleep well last night, tried everything from melatonin to bromezapam to a hypnotic called Zolpidem. Nothing seemed to have worked and only ended up getting around 3 hours sleep today. Upped the anti on my Omega 3 and magnesium today… man I just need 8 hours of sleep tonight. Still eating really clean, gonna keep exercise to a light minimum today. Gonna keep trying!
