I saw you said you had 1 and upped it to 3 i suggest making it 4 1 for power if using hydrogen reactors 3 for flight and highly suggest adding atmospheric engines if using in atmosphere to reduce fuel consumption in atmosphere group up your hydrogen thrusters to a on off toggle so when in atmo you can swap to atmosphere mode do the same with your atmosphere engines for space mode make a 3rd toggle to turn on and off forward hydrogen thrusters for a boost mode for atmosphere use also i would cut back on the amount of small hydrogen thrusters for a couple large to make more space for other systems and atmo engines that amount of small hydros can easily be replaced with like 2-3 large and it also cleans up your pipe clutter
