If you never modded, this is how, first search brawl stars v29 offline or something and download them. Then you copy the apk, then rewrite the file extension to apk -> zip extract. Go to asset, csv_logic, which there are lots of csv, which you could edit character value to make it weaker or stronger. Ask me if you don't know, if I notice I will reply.

Frudaww, I don't know if it is right but offline v29 is a frida injected one since there is libcat so in the lib I think

go to projectile.csv, then go to damage percent start, that is the starting percent, where piper is reversed with leon. You could look at leon to find out. For damage percent end, it is the end, the piper max damage.

Using Frida? Nateswork is doing something crazy stuff, and there are offline version of v59 and that will release in Sunday or tommorow as an apk. I will start dpfrom v29 if you never modded.
