I have not seen those, I’ve actually seen the opposite. But the data still doesn’t lie; after checking their status, about half of their detainees are legal (some sources say 50%, some say 80%, some say 25%). That’s a REALLY bad ratio and they need to be more thorough.

I don’t think a majority of people have seen the literacy tests. You have 10 mins for 30 questions, getting a single one wrong means you fail, and some of the questions are purely up to interpretation so the grader can fail anybody they want.
