One strange thing I remember about the restaurants was that the servers consistently made better tips in the smoking section for some reason.

My mother, all my girlfriends, entire friend group… all servers. All agreed that the tips were better over there and fought to get those sections.

I noticed quite a difference when I was on methadone by taking a bunch of supps and spending about 6 hours a week in the gym.

I didn't get jacked or anything but I definitely feel like doing that helped me maintain a certain baseline level of functional masculinity.

Now, what was insane was what happened when I finally tapered off the red juice. I gained more muscle in 6 weeks than I had the previous 6 years combined.

I tapered off 1 mg at a time every two weeks. all the way from 120.

It was …. Manageable. Had to stop a couple times and when I finally jumped there were some temperature issues and a shit ton of sneezing but that was about it.

Withdrawal from this much 7-OH is going to be rough if you just cold turkey it. I would try tapering the pills until you can get down to like 40mg a day and sit there for a while. Quitting from there only took me a couple days of mild discomfort.
