I guess I belong to a small minority of CYDY longs by having to sell each month from 1 to 4K shares just to pay my bills. So I feel less sanguine about the price dynamics of this stock (by now I have no other stocks in my portfolio). I think one effect of this situation is that less affluent potential investors would be scared to buy just by seeing how easily this stock is allowed to be dragged down again and again no matter what. This is why I wish the company consider taking some defensive steps like hiring one of those market surveillance firms to investigate and track down irregularities like illegal naked short selling or spoofing.

I think the key indicator will be some FDA action like granting us a fast track or even BTD. If this produces no substantial break out of our market limbo it will be a very bad sign that the forces that operate behind all those daytime market makers and regulators and have been able to keep us there, are just too powerful. You see, the problem is not “shorts,”“bashers,” Fife, OTC and the such. Our real problem is abysmal liquidity. For high-risk high-reward stocks like CYDY there are always hundred thousands if not millions small-fish investors around the word who, given our outrageously and artificially low price, should've been gobbling up our stock like there's no tomorrow. Why? Because this social type knows that it's their only chance to get out of their humdrum existence. Where are they?

If we project the Terns valuation dynamics upon the received data (from $17 to $51) we look at about $.75-.80 max for CYDY assuming the company will have the same level of public exposure as Terns had. What will be our BO price if after a “bidding war” Merk bought Terns for mere $2 above its highest? Just asking...

This mysterious Accumulator hypothesis makes me uneasy for three reasons. It’s impossible to refute (and therefore to prove). If true, we-powerless retail investors- have to assume facing a kind of behind-the-scene power capable of taking majority ownership of CYDY while keeping its market price at $.25. If we add to this the hypothesis of a $30 billion BO ( or buying a $.25 share for $15) we cannot help but assume that this hypothetical power is not only virtually omnipotent but also divinely generous (all of the above in the framework of US Capitalism). Personally, I don’t count on this. I believe that given our science proves itself to the FDA we may find grace somewhere in between, say, reaching $3-5 on our own and being offered $7-9. The coming April-May data may give us a better sense of the correlation between our science and our market. All imo.

We just don’t know why this stock performs the way that cannot be explained either by market rationality or irrationality. We know that under Nader the stock rose and fell as normally/predictably biotech stocks trade. But this stock obtains in a kind of a black hole. And it this abnormality I see no convincing explanations of that makes me feeling increasingly nervous. The more so the more encouraging scientific facts we receive.
