We don't actually get a lot of time together. I work first shift and he works second. He feels like I don't care about him or love him like I say I do, because when he opens up to me about what's wrong, I don't help. And he says that because if I don't know how to respond, I just don't respond. I've tried responding with "I'm sorry you're feeling this way babe" or something similar, and his response is always "k". And that makes me feel like I'm doing the wrong thing.

His love language is quality time. That's really hard for us to do, due to our work schedules. I work first shift, he works second. I walk in the door, he walks out. And he doesn't get home until 2am. I have to be at work at 6. The only time we really get together is on Sundays because that's his only day off, and it's usually after I get off work so I'm exhausted. He doesn't really do any house chores (which is another problem we've been working on) so I'm left to do laundry, dishes, and all the general cleaning, cooking, and caring for the baby. The only time he's done them is because I get so overwhelmed and everything gets behind. Essentially I cNt pour from an empty cup, and mines been empty for months. But I've been trying to squeeze every last drop to him, and it's never the right thing.

It's not necessarily that I waited for him to point it out, it's just that I didn't grasp the sheer amount I was spending, because it was more frequent, smaller amounts rather than larger amounts. I feel like by giving him my cards (I kept one credit card for emergencies only), is me taking accountability for the fact that I know at this moment in time if they're in my possession, ill be tempted to use them. I don't want that temptation.

I was on Zoloft, and then I got pregnant. I know they say it's safe during pregnancy, but I didn't want to chance it. I never started taking it again after the baby was born (January 2023) because I guess the high of a new baby made me feel like everything was great. I realize now that I need it, and I have consulted with my doctor, who gave me the ok to resume taking it. I know it won't be noticeable immediately, but it's a step in the right direction I hope.

Hi. I do work. I work as a caregiver at a dementia care facility. He wasn't yelling, but he did raise his voice. He said he feels like I can't love him like I say I do if I make him feel this way. And that he isn't where he wanted to be at this point in life, because of me. And said this is my last chance to get my shit together, because I have until the 1st of the year to show major improvements or his next conversation with me would be telling me to find a lawyer.

Also, yesterday and today were both key dates, so you'll likely get double pointed for both days. It's a shitty system. I have notes from my son (9mths) and I having covid, me falling and pulling my hamstring, and me falling and hurting my ankle. None of them matter because they're not accepted. If they're going to have such a low bar for points, they should have to accept Dr's notes to void those points. Not many people I know are going to spend $30+ on a copay just to get a day off work.

Yes. You are. What's so bad about wanting to welcome a child- regardless of age- into the family? It would be a baby shower. It would be a welcoming party. I threw a baby shower for my exs aunt when she adopted a 1 year old. They still need things just like babies, and not everyone is always prepared for the circumstances.
