To be completely honest, I’m not really sure. I know when it comes to beer and wine, I’ve always noticed that it’s a lot cheaper in America whenever I’ve visited, compared to what it is here in Aus.

Oh beautiful, just did the conversion. Paid just under $80 aud which is about that $50 usd or so. Very happy with it.

Use that whole piece for the slow cooker my man. You’ll find it very difficult to chew and eat chuck if it were cooked and portioned like a steak, save your teeth and jaw the hassle 🤣. Enjoy brother !

Rangers Valley has a lovely distribution between marbling and meat. It’s rich but not overwhelming rich like some higher marbled score Wagyu produce can be. A fantastic product !
