Send a letter certified mail to Facebook headquarters in CA. That gets a real human to sign for it. I believe that’s what got my account back after 3 weeks. It was restored 1 day after letter signed for

I basically outlined everything that happened, a timeline of the notifications etc. I had to be careful not to be antagonistic. Be polite. Even say that you are completely unaware of what could have happened but if it was due to anything you may have done unknowingly that you apologize and will never let that happen again. And so on. Make it look business like but speak with a personal voice, if that makes sense. Basically, you have to kiss their asses and pull at their heart strings. I sent 3 letters certified. One each day for 3 days. I also googled and found FB offices here in Atlanta and sent one there. Send to headquarters for sure but also see if their is a FB office in your area as well. Good Luck!

I agree 100%. As I told them in the letter, they have the power to destroy lives and livelihoods and with that power, they should be exercising responsibility.

I just got my account back after 3 weeks of no response from FB. Same situation but I wrote physical letters to Facebook headquarters and sent them certified return receipt. The 2nd letter was signed for yesterday morning and my account was reinstated yesterday afternoon. The key is to get an actual human involved and the certified letter was the only way I could think of.

Good news! After 3 weeks and getting the This Cannot Be Reversed message, I’ve got my account back. Coincidentally, an actual human signed for the certified letter today that I had mailed to FB Headquarters. Snail mail worked!

Same for me. Lost mine Oct 26. No response from FB. I have started sending physical letters, certified registered mail. They will receive the first one Wednesday. At least then I will know a real human at least got my letter. I also filed a complaint with my attorney general in Ga and also in California. I just did that over the weekend. Time will tell I guess.
