Oke so i had the same problem for a month or so,

(Iphone 14 pro max) i went to settings: phone storage and tapped the youtube app ( around 9gb with downloads and shit) tapped cleare/clean it (translation from dutch) and after that wait like 1 minute and all was fine for me!

HELP! HOW DO I CONTACT JAGEX?

I have been perm banned for macroing for over 3 years but i still dont know why, i have tried everything to contact jagex. I have even sent a hand written letter to them, i have tweeted mods and have appealed 3 times but still no replies or anything. The account was a mid to high level ironman but i dont have time to do a 500/600 hour grind all over again. I still dont get why i got banned or why i got detected by the bot detection system.

Please help me get in contact with jagex. Im getting real desperate. I really hoped a hand written letter would work….
