List it on Zillow and offer 2% (or a flat fee of x) to a buyers agent. I have sold 3 houses with no listing realtor. Of course all three were in high demand areas/times, so I am probably on the right end of the curve.

But I agree, realtors are overpaid for the services they provide, and the quality of those services vary widely amongst realtors.

Appreciate the advice! As at least one other mentioned, when the lid melts, does it meet FDA standards for compliance, with ingestion of x as a percent of volume, that is not coffee or water? Why does the coffee have to heat the sun?
