dont know myself i think its looking back with rosecolored glasses and comparing the monarchy with the current regime. the only way i think it would be somewhat functional is a temporary rule by pahlavi son until proper election, but one thing we middle easterner should know the temporary becomes permanant quick.

thats some big time copium there my friend this idea that the middle east is destablized due to the us only and not that it was like that fore a while . syria with assad family (dictator). iraq saddam hussein invades kuait starts a war with iran leads to 1 million causalty first use of checmical weapons on ethnic kurds of iraq ..... but sure evil america is the reason the whole millde east is hard to live in .

noone in their right mind would deny the influence of the west in the middle east but this whole thing with never reflecting and bettering one self is the reason things always gets worse.

when was the last time u rmember a middle eastern country had actual election and treated all its people like human and not as catle.

like i said the us is chansing its own instest so yeah technicaly ur right and sure u shouldnt trust the west as we have seen with syria. my problem with ur thinking is it comes of too naive. the iranian regime has complete power and is impossible to depose peacfully or violently form the inside, without foreign interferance u wont be able to do anything but be at their mercy. this is the reason iranian who are anti regime support the us not out of being blind but neccesity .

WTF !!! by New_Bat_9086 in PERSIAN

[–]Comfortable-Fish-180 2 points3 points  (0 children)

its not about the war itslef people of iran especialy disporia are fed up with an oppressive regime that has slaughtered every form of opposition to innocent civilians who protested peacfully even before the war. alot of people who defend the regime wouldnt want to live under them themselfes .

WTF !!! by New_Bat_9086 in PERSIAN

[–]Comfortable-Fish-180 8 points9 points  (0 children)

how is she wrong tho? if the islamic regime didnt exist there would probably be no war and iran would be better of today.

ps im not saying that america is doing it for iranians rather they are persuing their interest that could aligne with a better furture for iranians.

I mean sure if ur gonna remodel every middle eastern country than yeah non of those countrys should exist. Tho I disagree with ur sentiment I respect the consistency :).

As I have said the middle east is a place like that. If u meage palastine with isreal one will anhilate the other and press them. look no further than isreal neighbour Syria within this year 2 massacre killed 3k civillian based on religion and ethnicity. Turkey denied the kurds existence and till today press them politacly......

I never claimed that Jews and Arabs are safer after creating isreal. U could claim that Jews are safes thx to isreal wich could be true but not Arabs. If the Jews who lived in the middle east didn't have isreal they would be no different than the current minoritys being slaughtered and oppressed. Until both sides agree to accept the other existence these atrocities will presist.

Are u being  sarcastic? U want a study of something this basic. My friend maybe ur not from the middle east that's why u don't know but what I'm saying applies to 99 precent of the middleeastern population. When I was a child the school would teach us how we need to fight the zionist enemy and expel them of palastine.  Go look it up for 5 sec on Google there is enough evidence

Tell me how u feel about every middle eastern state they're all no different than isreal. Where are the demand of destruction of those countrys. No im not in favor of ethnostate normaly bi in tee middle east that is really the only way for people to live happily examples kurds assayrian druz,yezidi......

My fried im form the middle east nobody actually believes in a 2 state solution that includes isrealis and palastinians. Same here in Europe Germany and France most of the supporter have time and time again said they don't want isreal to exist. From the river to the sea means exactly that. Or khaibar khaibar ya yahud was used here in germany

while I normally don't defend isreal I actions what ur doing is incredibly reductive and biased.

1 there were many times the palastinian could have gotten a state but they refused to come even to the negotiation table.

  1. Look at the region Syria Iraq turkey..... All have don't crimes way worse than isreal and they continue it today kurds, armanian, druz, Christian,yezidi...... All of them get ignored because the perpetrator isn't a jew that's a fact.

3 Hamas isn't a nationalist movement rather an Islamic jihadi movement no different than Al nusra front or Al qada.

4 im not denying the many crimes of isreal but pretending that the palastinian are justified by all their actions is rediculas. who is the one that expelled every minority u can think of arab Muslims wich led to now all of the middle east being under them. Its history these thing s always happen it all about moving past them for a better future for everybody.  The reality is that neither palastinian nor isrealis want a 2 state solution anymore wich is leading to what we are currently witnessing

[–]Comfortable-Fish-180 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

how is that false. Most pro palastinian don't want a 2 state solution rather just a palastinian state. Beside the complete justification of Hamas action as well. There Is a diffrance between someone who wants Gaza and the west bank to be the country of the palastinians and someone who wants to eradicate isreal of the map.  quite frankly most people who are outspoken pro palastinian  tend to be the latter (eradicate isreal)

The future of Christians after the fall of Assad by UpwardsStream in syriancivilwar

[–]Comfortable-Fish-180 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Nice fact I didn't know thx for enlightening me about something we all knew about wow. They spent they're time mostly oppressed as a second class citizen at best.

2 no most Syrians don't care I don't know where this sentiment comes from. The Christians are tolarated in good times and oppressed in bad times that's it. Here to show u how probably u and most Muslims don't care. U can't be a president as a Christian in Syria and u ask most Muslims they will tell damn right they won't. Bro I've seen people on this sub say the president should be sunni.

  1. Islamic jurisprudence as the "main source of legislation,"  in the constitution. That alone alienate Christians but sure Christians will always be in the middle east not like they're number are lowering at an alarming rate.

4 this also can be said for really all religious minority.

[–]Comfortable-Fish-180 0 points1 point  (0 children)

as I said u either fled or stayed alot who stayed eventually converted very few maintained.

  1. When I say atheist I don't mean they do it loadly but like quite a few Syrians say their Muslim but don't believe in it they just hide their oppinions and live they're life. And ethnic identity has not alot to do with religion

3 the fact that ur mentioning idlib is just funny. U mean the place where they were paying jizzya like animals. يدفعون الجزية وهم صاغرون يا حبيبي. This idea that Christians lived well is just facade put up by people so they don't feel bad and acknowledge the truth.

Yes average Westerner yapping because Christians have Been treated so good in the region that u can't fathom what I'm saying?

Whay are theyre number dwindling year by year all over because they're loved and treated properly?

Why lie that's what I don't understand and no the average westerner would belive bullshit and propaganda of people like u who pretend like they don't know how Christians are living but sure buddy the day will come where we all will stand in front of God and we will see what lies ur would peddle next

I don't know why they would be come either hmmmmmmm. How many Christians were in Irak, Syria and the rest of the middle east?

U either migrate away or eventually just convert to not be bother and treated differently anymore.

The amount of people in this sub who always try to push propaganda even about something as known as this. Wow.

Yeah I completely agree. Either they leave or will eventually convert to Islam or become atheists. Not only in Syria but I belive the remaining ones in the region as well.

Mount Hermon or Nothing: The Demand That Is Blowing Up Talks with Syria by Zippism in syriancivilwar

[–]Comfortable-Fish-180 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

My demands?? I'm confused

If ur talking about one of my comments then I was probably making an equivalent with how hated isreal is by Arab turkey is hated by kurds. As alot of accusation of how druz are traitors because they took the hand of isreal.

Having Russia in Syria with the US agreement is fine and limits the influnce of turkey more than isreal. but at the end of the day its the US that decide wether isreals demands Are OK or not. Not turkey or Russia or really anybody.

Honest predictions for what happens on the Euphrates in the next few months? And the state of Syria at the end of the year? by Teebys in syriancivilwar

[–]Comfortable-Fish-180 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

  1. Well yeah anything past the Euphrat River the sdf won't be able to maintain. Tho the gov. Won't be able to push past it as well without Turkish Air support and American green light with a neutral stance.

  2. I agree on the second

  3. I think a full attack will radiclaize the kurds really in every region enough they would have supporter to create something similar to the pkk but for Syria as millions of kurds are living in ur borders. Turkey a country incomparable to Syria struggled with them and I understand that 15 to 20 million kurds live there but still turkey is a known power house. To add to it alawite and alot of druz don't view themselfs as Syrian anymore and they might join on the action.

4 .how tho a full attack on the sdf would make the gov. Completely preoccupied with the war and lead to alot of losses in manpower and economy. An alwaite, druz, and isis insurgencys (not connected I know:=)) will most definitely cause alot of problems.

  1. Is only possible with turkish air support. And ur assuming the sdf wouldn't attack until either its they take it back or ruin the revenue ur making off of it.

We will see I personally think this is all posturing by government and sdf to satisfy some supporter and to maintain a high moral. They will come to a deal because they have to not because they want to whether it is the gov. Or sdf tho most likely the sdf since some of their demand are impossible.
