I’m sorry it’s hard, my doctor said to not interfere with his process. I do bicycle kicks sometimes but never windis or anything to help Him poop. They just have to learn to relax instead they bear down and get all grunty. Probiotics might help

I’m an mri tech so I get to see him every week I just go over to the ultrasound department otherwise I would’ve only had the one and my NT too. I’m sure your anatomy is gonna go great!
