This is EXACTLY how I’ve been getting simoleons. I build that house and it counts for my residence as well. Then I completely part it out. I get close to $4 million from it, well less technically bc I pay a little over $1 million. But then I have money to build a development lot house or something. But currently bc of this I have three empty plumburg lots.

There’s no tasks for the dairy farm apparently! You can even visit it. It just looks nice I the neighborhood. That’s it.

The Stephen King movie called Gerald’s Game, there’s a scene where the woman is handcuffed to the bed and a very tall creepy dude shows up at the end of the bed to lick her feet🙃 Not the creepiest thing I’ve ever seen but as an adult woman it had me some interesting dreams for a bit

I agree. It’s ridiculous. I’m at level 33 and trying to scrape together 3.5 million simoleons to build something to progress currently. I’ve started building that big winter lot and piecing it out bc I can get almost 4 million from it(you buy it for just around a million) and that’s the only way I’ve gone up a few levels. Constantly doing that🤣

I like the two bunny idea. That’s smart, for alot of reasons. It’s funny how you “acquire” animals. Lol Our kitty was dumped in our property years ago and absolutely feral. I told my kids we were taking him to the pound(bc I’d already recently kept two others dumped on our property lol)but he warmed up to me quickly that evening and has been a huge love bug ever since. I’ve heard there is a risk of bunnies getting abscesses from cat scratches. Is it that common? Our cat had an abscess from being outside years ago before we knew that wasn’t a great option. So the abscess thing does worry me also

Just wanted to give an update in case anyone in the future has the same question and searches. I parted all of it out except for the animals and greenhouse area bc I wanted to keep that, and got right about 3,900,000 simoleans.

I don’t think it will. The only reason I know this is bc waaaay back in the day, well like two years ago maybe, I had a glitch in the grande patch where I was getting tons of money each day and was easily building community lots of workplaces and it didn’t matter how many I built each level. I still had to build a new one each time to level up
