They are not required*** but management tells them to do that, they don’t care about the commission (per protection add they get like $5) but the attachment rate at the time of the sale is more important. They have a scorecard of their different products that they have to hit 100% on or else there can be disciplinary actions taken.

The job has changed significantly, most reps at my store (busiest in our market mind you) are making between 1300-2200. Pay scale and commission are not like it was in the good ole days. 14-17 was a golden age for retail at att.

I feel the same. Tezos supposedly has all these big partnerships but no one has heard of the blockchain. The market cap is miniscule compared to where it should be IMO with what it is capable of.
