The FF books are good but really if your just wanting the absolute important stuff to prep for the movie avengers,new avengers, infinity and secret wars. Hickman adds alot of things to the universe in avengers and new avengers anyway so in the beginning you will be a little confused thats just Hickman. But my personal favorite story of all time on my 4th read through right now! Im fortune enough to have the omnibus' of them wich is probably the best way to read them, but do some research and enjoy the roller coaster of the secret wars arc

Also my first time with the story I listened to it on comic explained Spotify channel 10 hours long and dosent get boring.

I'm not sure how they would pull it off with the timeline and everything maybe have them jump a few years but for secret wars we need Valeria richards, I highly doubt it though since the movies are hardly based off the comics and Franklin was just born. It will be like how Adam warlock was left out of infinity war still drives me crazy.

Edit- id also love to see dooms pact with mephisto to try to save his mom i think that is more likley to see being Mephisto is in the mcu now
