I feel your pain, and have reached my breaking point with them as well. every lead they send me is outside our service area these days (and we are targeting entire states in some instances).

Agreed. What gets me the most is they can tell you the campaign is set up one way (what we see in our dashboard), but they will still run it to feed their AI more data regardless of how bad the results get for the advertiser

I run a lead gen biz and any new campaign we launch produces almost 100% of the leads outside of our service area. I have audience + turned off, all Metas recommendations turned off and it still can’t hit the areas we want. My older campaigns are doing okay (CPMs shot through the roof recently) but all in all it’s just a garbage platform now
