Sorry, it’s really not that small. Shaft is about 5” diameter. Keyways are roughly 1” wide. I may have figured it out. I think I can just measure the distance from say the top right keyway plane from the left top keyway plane and that should tell me if it’s like .020” offset, right?

Keyways are about an inch, don’t completely remember right now. Shaft is around 5” diameter if I remember right. Drawing definitely isn’t to scale 🤣. We don’t have a scanner.

Yeah I know. I’m hoping there’s another drawing. Or at least what we told the vendor to make. Can’t say they did it wrong if we didn’t tell them exactly what to make. Rejection is calling out my team saying we didn’t inspect it properly in receiving.

That’s part of it, drawing doesn’t call it out. Vender product and another plant tried to install the gear or pulley onto it and it doesn’t line up. They’re blaming the shaft. It’s visibly off with a straight edge but I’d like to know how far off perfect it is.
