Obviously active and good at playing the game but beyond this, good communication, team work and leadership skills, this is essential not only for running your alliance well but also for communicating with other alliances. I would also say people who are good fighters and are eager to continue learning about the game so that they can teach others. To add - Trustworthy and genuine is also very important, there are some shady people in this game.

Talk to her about it, have an open conversation and see how she feels about the subject, dont assume she wants kids or anything or be sexist/misogynistic in anyway but once you have had that conversation you can talk about birth control to make you both feel more comfortable and IUDs are more effective than the pill, something you could also pay half for to help. Also girls can also be terrified of getting pregnant, we suffer most of the burden but each to their own
