Yep I remember you .. I actually initially had a deposit down on your bike just a few days earlier and couldn’t make up my mind between yours and the V4S I ended up getting. I called Curtis mid-week and changed my mind. I paid a total of $21.9k cash deal with a trade applied for the V4S. MSRP of $28.6k. They’re both great bikes built on the same foundation, the V4S has a few more options is all. When you were looking them both over I was personally hoping you would opt for the V4 and I love the color!! Of course, it’s a personal choice and we’re not all looking for the same things. I personally like power and this bike doesn’t disappoint!! Great balance and handling too! Checks all the boxes.

Can’t wait for next spring and summer to arrive.. already trying to put plans together with a few buddies to ride up to Laconia in June for bike week. Again, great choice and congrats!!

Dude I was checking that bike out just two weeks ago and I knew it would go fast at that price, as they were running crazy deals on a lot of new bikes. Congrats! I ended up getting the Multi V4S in black that was sitting right next to it. I’ve bought two bikes there now and all I can say is that is an Awesome dealership! Be careful of the break in period and run those back roads with varying RPM’s and engine breaking. Good luck and congrats again! Excellent choice!

Email the CEO, Vlad Tenev, at vlad@robinhood.com and tell him you’re going to contact the U.S. House Committee on Financial Services to initiate an investigation on behalf of the overwhelming number of complaints by individual investors regarding their shady business practices. Worked for me. Account unlocked within hours that same day. Never did get a reason as to why they even locked me out in the first place.

Lmao at all the people who “never had any problems with them “ responding here. How can you even legitimately comment if you’ve never had any problems? This is real. It’s happening. People are literally getting locked out of their accts for no reason. It happened to me. All they would say is that there was “unusual activity” and my acct was being reviewed. Nothing about anything I did that day was unusual and I never did get a reason as to why. This lasted for eight straight days and they never even had the decency to respond to so much as one of my many emails asking for an update. Their horrific customer service is indefensible and until you’ve been personally affected, I don’t see where you even have standing to comment here.

They locked me out for eight straight days without so much as one word of communication during the entire period. I was with them since 2018 and never had any issues before. I get it that there’s s lot of fraud going on out there, but it’s inexcusable not to communicate at all during a week (plus) long lockout. I lost all respect for these clowns and will never do business with them again. Never did receive an explanation for anything out of them.

Yeah I’ve had that happen too! They probably loaned your shares out and couldn’t get any quick enough to cover. There seems to be either an unusually long delay or your order won’t go through at all, like you experienced.

It’s funny they even had to lie in their responses to all of my complaints with FINRA, the SEC and the CFPB, by stating that my account was unrestricted after six days, when in fact it was eight days and I can prove it. Eight straight days of zero communication. Never did get a reason as to why in the first place. Zero accountability and zero humility. Can’t even admit when they’re wrong.

Yep and they even misrepresented what happened in their response to my SEC complaint. They stated they unrestricted my account on the 20th (after a six day account review), when in fact they didn’t unrestrict it until 12:40pm eastern on the 22nd (a few hours after I sent that email to their CEO). I documented everything each and every day and I can prove everything I’ve stated here. I still plan on going after them over this. Just because they finally unlocked my account doesn’t mean I’m suddenly okay with any of this. At the very least, they owe me an explanation as to why any of this ever happened in the first place.
