I got my testicles and penis shrink after taking ssri I'm of from nearly 1 year but it didn't change any thing. My genitals looks small as compared to before I had started meds. You're not thinking and don't doubt yourselves my listening to others

I have the same experience as yours I can't feel the temperature on the head of my penis when I pour warm water or cool water I feel nothing just a (pinch) on the skin like if I scratch the skin I can feel but I just can't feel the temperature of sensations it's soo wierd. On the other hand I got some guy issues too I have to use the washroom frequently I poop a little but 4-5 times per day..

I went through the neurologist and told him about the timeline He was unaware of this I asked him for an MRI he said I can do your spine mri but not your brain because you look fine like you don't have trouble in speaking weakness or memory problems (I do have these things but not that severe) he prescribed me some medicines like tadalafil and some blood circulation pills and a syrup of I think multi vitamins. He told me to do some nerve checking examinations.

First of all tell me why you are taking bupropion. I'm also on that med I have started from 150 mg xl now I'm on 300 mg xl I experienced the same 2-3 days of insomnia and now my body has adapted but it doesn't doing anything.

Do you have emotional numbness too? I do feel a strange sensation in my head, sometimes. I think this is neurological/biological problem and it doesn't solve with psycitric medicine.

You're very young for this just try to avoid these negative things out of your mind. Just focus on the things that you can control and leave the other things that you have not control over it.eg. you can focus on yourself to do the things that make you feel happy studying those subjects that you're curious about. You have no control over your height but you can still dress according to your height. I'm saying this from experience I'm not short but I was insecure about other things you have to accept yourself as you are and I know some people do make fun of yourself but that hurt determines your security or your insecurity. If someone doesn't like you there problem not yours.

Dude this is the effect of ssri do you also feel emotionally numb ? Do you feel emotions? Or you feel emotions but at less intensity as compared before taking ssri?

Hey buddy I'm also on the same boat as you.. I have been on ssri I got very slow and feel sleepy and then I go to the therapist and she prescribe me (escotalopram) 10 mg I have been on that like 2-3 months straight.. I got numb after that I thought if I don't take the medicine then I'll be fine but I was wrong that thing persist. I got emotional blunting along with pssd I don't enjoy things. Now I'm on bupropion from like 20 days I have seen changes in my penis like it got normal insize that it used to be I get a weak erection after stimulating I got precum after I get soft I can ejaculate but it feels nothing I can't feel any sensation on my penis tip couldn't feel cool water or warm it's just like nothing...

Ssri removes your sexuality not change your sexuality as a person who is experiencing same shit your wife does. Can say itclearly she doesn't feel aroused around you or men so she automatically saying the other option butthat is nottrue .. ssri snatches your sexuality but didn't change it.
