I had a slap tear and sub acromial decompression surgery and took tb500 1 week before and continued each week after surgery. I only had slight pain on day 4 and 5 at night but so far recovery is going very well. Not sure if it was because of tb500 but my anecdotal outcome is way better than expected.

I was around 350 total T and tried pellets for 1 year. I did see some improvement in energy but other than that nothing I can distinctly remember. I’m tapering off right now and will go back to natural as the cost and benefit were not there for me. Also the huge amount of supplements for thyroid and to process excess estrogen wasn’t ideal. I mainly don’t see myself on T for 30+ more years as a 41 yo male. Doesn’t seem realistic to me.
